Privacy policy
Trove Essentials is a brand of Dyshvi Ventures Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, India ("Trove", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you join the Trove list on troveessentials.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, country and the products you're interested in.
- Your consent: a record that you agreed to receive updates, and when.
- How you found us: for example a QR code on a Trove pack (including the market and production batch), our Instagram, or an ad, including the campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Website usage: pages viewed and whether you signed up, collected through the Meta Pixel (see "Cookies and the Meta Pixel" below).
We don't collect payment details. Purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To tell you when Trove launches and send updates, care tips, offers and early access to new products, by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To send you any promo code we've offered, for example on a package insert.
- To understand which channels and ads bring people to Trove, so we spend our marketing budget sensibly.
We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the list. They handle your details only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase stores the list. Its servers for our project are in South Korea.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Zoho provides our email.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads, through the Meta Pixel.
Because these providers operate outside Australia and the UAE, your details may be stored or processed overseas, including in South Korea, India, the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta when someone views the page or joins the list. Meta may use cookies and combine this with information it holds, to measure and improve our ads and show relevant ads to you. You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, in your browser's cookie settings, or with a tracker blocker. The site works without it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're on the list. If you unsubscribe, we stop contacting you and delete your details within 30 days, except for a record of the unsubscribe so we don't contact you again.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe any time: use the link in any email, or reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message.
- Access, correct or delete: email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Complaints: contact us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're in Australia and not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
